• Cleaning of common areas, swimming pool or garden

• Repair of faults after consultation with the management committee


All management services provided by the Building Management Solutions, are performed by qualified, certified and specialized staff, in the field of business management and administration as well in the tourism sector.

B.    Cleaning services

​

Weekly cleaning of the buildings or cleaning as needed of each building unit or housing complex separately. We are using high quality general cleaners and cleaning accessories which are offered by us.

·      Common areas, garbage cans and garbage dump

·      Building entrances (Floor inside, outside, main entrance doors)

·      Stairs and vestibules (stairs, doors, stair railings)

·      Elevator (Cabin, mirror, doors, telephones)

·      Parking spaces and common terraces

 

C. Technical supervision and control services

Monthly visits (or whenever is deemed necessary) to your building or housing complex, to check the operation of the elevator, fire doors, lights, damage and general inspection of the building. For each unit, we will keep a file with the checks and associated photographic material, reports, offers etc. The management committee will be keep informed, at regular intervals, about the general condition of the unit and when it wishes, it will be given offers for repair.

 

The technical supervision includes among others: 

  • Private protection and safety

  • Exterior surfaces and structure of the unit

  • Roof 

  • Windows, doors and wood trim

  • Interior compartments, kitchen, bathroom etc 

  • Basement or mechanical room

  • Plumbing and electrical installations 

  • Heating and cooling systems

  • Security systems

BONUS: FREE* 24/7 EMERGENCY LINE

  • Administrators or Owners have access 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to our emergency line, for emergency repairs that occur in the common area of ​​the unit or when the Owners have a problem within their property. They also have telephone help for common problems (e.g. tripping of main electric power switch).

  • You are provided with an expert mechanic 24/7 at very good prices. 

  • All maintenance work undertaken by us, are having a 12-month warranty.

   management and / or the service of technical supervision and cleaning.

 

D. Garden design, landscaping and maintenance services

The maintenance of the garden will be done whenever it is needed, always first in consultation with you, so that the garden is in the best possible condition. There will be scaled charges. Thus, the charge for the original form of the garden, the weekly or monthly check and the charge for maintenance and / or decoration, will be separate, depending on the needs of each garden. The above services can be provided in groups of flats buildings, houses, country houses, offices, shopping malls, shops, housing complexes and hotels.

 
E. Cleaning and maintenance of swimming pools 

 

The construction and maintenance of the swimming pool is done in accordance with the European regulations and standards, so it is at the levels required to maintain the required hygiene and cleanliness, including the high standards of the company. The professionals we work with for this service, are top of their kind.

 

Extra Services


The extra services that will be provided, at the request of the management committee, Administrator or the Owner, will be the following: 

• Experienced Contractors for all types of construction work (plastering, thermal facades, insulation, external and internal maintenance of buildings, etc.) 

• Supply of heating oil and LPG as well as installation of a tank and LPG network 

• Painting of buildings inside and outside 

• Cleaning of group of flats buildings, houses, country houses, offices, shopping malls, complexes, shops

• Cleaning of windows, carpets, sofas and marbles 

• Construction of fireplaces and cleaning of chimneys 

• Disinfection and fumigation of group of flats building or any other building, with a provided certificate, as well disinfection of Covid-19. Also, removal of scum, termites, cockroaches, ants, rodents and snakes
